1. Who owns/runs the Omni Intermedia Awards?

The Omni Intermedia Awards are owned and operated by Media Corp Inc., which exists to recognize outstanding media productions that engage, empower and enlighten.

We are primarily focused in the converging fields of Film, Video, TV, Internet, Interactive Media, Animation and Audio production. As a nationally known award competition, we have developed our reputation by only awarding those people who exemplify the highest standards of quality.

Media Corp Inc. is also dedicated to educating and training higher education students. Media Corp Inc. has participated in training students for several events, including The Goodwill Games, ABC Monday Night Football, and the 1988, 1992, 1996, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008 and the planning for the 2010 Olympic games. We are committed to the idea that today's students will lead tomorrow's media companies. By offering them real world experience during these formative years, they will be able to handle the stress and challenges of tomorrow.

2. Can I use my American Express Card?

No. At this time, we only accept Visa, Mastercard and checks.

3. How will I know if I have won?

All entrants are notified by email of their award status. Each entry number will be accompanied by the points total and award level. Additionally, all winners are listed on the web site by their level of recognition. The entries are typically judged within one month of the late deadline.

4. What kind of detail will I receive about my entry?

Each entry is judged by a three-person panel. After the entry is judged, the jury's scores are averaged to attain the entries score. This score is then reported to the entrant.

5. By what criteria are the entries judged?

Each entry is judged based on 6 to 9 categories, depending on their medium. The categories include, but are not limited to:

• Video, Film, TV, Animation: Creativity, Videography/Cinematography, Audio, Special Effects, Script, Lighting, Graphics, Impact, and Special Consideration.
• Multi-media: Creativity, Graphics, Programming, Ease of Use, Functionality, Audio, Special Effects, Impact.
• Internet: Creativity, Graphics, Programming, Ease of Use, Functionality, Media presentation/Quality (if appropriate), Impact.
• Audio: Quality, voice, music, special effects, creativity, impact.

6. What are the entry categories?

7. How quickly can I expect my order? Is there a deadline for purchasing items?

The fulfillment of your order is processed on a three-month cycle. By submitting your order quickly, your order will be processed and sent UPS ground by our fulfillment provider, Bruce Fox.

8. My company received an award, can I purchase a certificate/statuette for myself?

Yes. As long as you have the winning entry number and can prove your involvement (name in credits, etc.).

9. Can I order another statuette from an award I won several years ago?

10. Terms and Conditions for Submissions

Your award never expires. You can purchase additional items at any time. However, you must retain your winning entry number.

11. Your Privacy

As some of our entrants produce products that contain material that may be commercially sensitive, the Omni Awards will not copy, publish or distribute any content with express written consent.

Winners are listed on the Omni web site at the end of each competition, and some previous winners are published for our promotional purposes. You may request that your winning entry not be posted.
